You'll be the helping hand of our Office Manager / HR Manager.
• You will be the team member to welcome clients, answer phones and provide administrative support. In addition, you will help coordinate a range of company events.
• The purpose of this role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment and to ensure high-level of organizational effectiveness and communication.
• You'll be the point of contact for all internal inquiries.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communication (post).
• Organize the office and ensure efficient office operations - ordering of office supplies and snacks.
• Organize public spaces including kitchen and conference rooms.
• Help to manage the expenses and gather the supported documentation.
• Manage travel arrangements, book hotel, flights, meeting room, business lunches, ...
- 2+ years experience in office management or similar function
- Reading and writing in Dutch and a very good knowledge of English
- You can handle this multi-tasking job
