As an service engineer:
You will take full responsibility for the development, optimization, monitoring and support of our Human Interface Mate installations at our clients.
You work in a team consisting of colleagues and customer staff, in order to prevent or solve possible issues and you continuously are on the look for possible improvements.
Your technical know-how and creative ideas for solutions, will also prove their worth in the presales processes.
You will be in charge of the development of our customer support and helpdesk systems in our offices in Genk, Belgium.
- You have a Bachelor or Master in electro-mechanics, industrial automation, electricity, energy, or equivalent., You are a well-organized and pro-active person., You like to be in contact with customers., You can work autonomously but also in team., You have knowledge of industrial communications: Siemens S7, Modbus, OPC UA, API, HTTP,..., You are fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus (French, Spanish, German...)
